Protein is very basic chemical unit for living organism. It is essential for nutrition, growth & repair. Protein contains nitrogen. However quality of protein is decided based on the available amino acids. Plants can synthesize amino acids with the help of soil, water, oxygen & fungi & bacteria. Thus entire animal Kingdome including humans are dependent on plant as a primary source of amino acids.
Nitrogen has to be supplied for the formation of amino acids. This can either be done by taking protein rich foods like “ENHANCE HIGH PROTEIN DIET” or from breakdown of our own body protein , which is a not a right preposition.
